The lenses have UV400 protection, they protect against UV-A, UV-B, UV-C rays.
The degree of dimming of these lenses: category 3.
Equal level of dimming (black/grey) all over the place. 

The frame of the glasses is made of PVC.
The lenses are also made of PVC.

Product conforms to 89/686/EEC directive and to EN ISO 12312-1 standart and its subsequent amendments. 
A scratched lens may not meet the above protection standards and the use of such glasses is prohibited.
Do not look directly at the sun or other strong light source.
